"This recipe was outstanding. It gets even better after two days in the refridgerator. I will make it two days in advance next time before we plan on eating it. The topping is not too sweet and a perfect balance with the tart apples. The sweet tart dough recipe makes 2 crusts and I still think the crust was a little thick. so I will modify that as w..."

"This was very tasty, but it was a little hot for our preference. (I think maybe due to the green chiles in the rotel I also added some cumin and onion powder. I think next time I might try a half a can of Rotel and the rest diced tomatoes to tone down the hot.Otherwise, this was fantastic!"

"This was really good, but a bit salty for our taste. I think next time I will cut the seasoning salt by half. I also omitted the celery because we don't like it.Otherwise, it was very good and I will make it again."

"Terrific! I used chicken leg qtrs since that was what I had on-hand. I only had a 1/4 cup soy sauce so used what I had and tossed the leg qtrs with sesame seeds after I added the sauce to them. They were simply incredible. Very sticky, tender and tasty. Thanks Mirj for a great recipe! "

"This was a really great tasting quiche. I layered the botom with sauteed mushrooms, shredded carrots, green onions, and a diced yellow bell pepper. I added some extra cheddar and parmesan cheese. We all thought the quiche was a little soft as we prefer our quiche a bit more dense. I tried cooking it longer, but the texture did not improve. It was se..."

"These meatballs were very good, but I too had some challenges with the ingredients listed. I used about a 1/4 cup minced onion in the meatballs, and used a 1/2 cup Cabernet Sauvignon. The recipe did not say whether the coffee was to be brewed or instant so I used instant. I cut back on the Worcestershire sauce and only used 1 tsp. as my family and ..."
