"Great flavor!! Only put the full teaspoon of cayenne powder if you really I like hot stuff. I do so I put the whole teaspoon. I think I mixed the butter and cheese wrong because my mix came out very dry. Next time I will use a blender and a little more butter. But this is a really great recipe, and I will try to get it right next time"

"This was good!!!. I did not use the monterey jack pepper cheese, but I need it because I am sure it would have made it better. I also used diced tomatoes because I did not have roma tomatoes I think I used too many because the sauce does not look like it does in the picture, but besides all my mess ups it was great."

"This was soooooo good. The sauce was great. I made some extra sauce and used it for chicken. I had plenty of liquid/ sauce when the ribs finished cooking actually too much but that might be because I forgot to put ketcup in the sauce that was cooking with the ribs..
