"Very good bread. I've really wrestled with producing something that's not flatter than a pancake out of the Zoji when whole grains are involved. This is a great compromise. It's not 100% wholegrain, but it's way better than all refined. Thanks Rebecca!!! BTW - have you tried making it with milk rather than water? If so, how did it turn out?"
