"Very easy, quick, make-ahead meal. I, like someone else said, used taco seasoning in place of chili powder, and I use 1 cup salsa, 1 cup tomato sauce instead of 2 cups salsa....and I just use frozen corn as we don't care for canned."

"This is a great recipe. It is indeed quick and easy. I made a few changes though: I added a tablespoon of lemon juice to it to make it a bit more zingy. Also, I put the heat up to 375 and it was done in 4o minutes and I used red potatoes. Very yummy, thanks for posting it!"
