"Sooooo good! We had these for Mother's day, I omitted the garlic for a food allergy & they were absolutely amazing! I used regular potatoes instead of red, for that's what I had on hand. "Amazing! I read the other reviews & thought it was a bit thick too. I added 4 tsp of hazelnut liqueur to help thin it a bit & add that nutty flavor. It was a huge hit at the baby shower! It will be my go-to fruit dip for sure!"

"Amazing! Please do follow Jehaas' recommendation on the roux, great explanation! I read several reviews & did half sharp cheddar & half velveeta, next time will probably try all sharp cheddar. I doubled it for a 9x13 container. It is very delicious & creamy, nice rich flavor. Definitely a keeper!!"

"This muffin was ok. I made buttermilk using milk & vinegar and I doubled the blueberries. I have found metal muffin liners work better for lowfat muffins. When first baked they were very good & fluffy. I froze them a day later for an easy breakfast. They are not as good as other muffins I have frozen before."
