"This made good, moist chicken. I used three smashed garlic cloves instead of garlic powder and added the end slices of the lemon into the pan with the garlic. I also used half olive oil and half butter. We served ours over brown rice. It was quick, easy, and delicious, especially with the fresh lemon squeezed over the top."

"This recipe turned out really well for us. I doubled the recipe and put it in a 9x13 casserole. The only thing I did different was to pour the broth mix (in 1/2-cup increments over each layer of potatoes I did so that spices got mixed throughout. Also, I used tried chopped onions (and put in with the hot broth mix instead of putting onions on..."

"This really had nice flavor. I did increase the cooking time quite a bit as other reviewers to make sure the brown rice was soft. I also added a can of drained and rinsed black beans as it was a bit spicy for my youngest, but the rest of us put some hot sauce on ours. Nice and filling and really cheap to make! I also used 3 teaspoons of Bette..."

"This yielded a smooth, delicious, pumpkin-tasting pie, just what I was looking for! I hate to see the pumpkin masked behind spices and sugar so this really fit the bill and I'm pretty sure it's healthier this way, too! Served it with whipped cream. I'll be coming back to this recipe for sure!"

"Like other reviewers, I had a problem with too much liquid in the pie, which led to a soggy bottom crust, even though I added flour and an extra apple to the mix. The crust recipe did roll out easily and was pretty easy to work with, but it didn't really have much taste...maybe a mix of butter and shortening would result in a better flavor? Defi..."

"This recipe yielded a very tender cheap cut of meat! I seared my meat in a pan first to enhance the flavor. I also added a bit of garlic. I used reduced sodium soy sauce but still thought it was a bit salty so next time I'd reduce the soy sauce a bit. Also, I used reduced sodium beef broth in place of the bouillon and water. Sure made a yummy..."

"The whole family loved this! I had to change things around based on what's in season and what I had on hand...I left out the orange juice concentrate and for the sour cream I used 1/2 light sour cream and 1/2 fat free plain yogurt so that it wasn't so sweet. I also sprinkled in a bit of nutmeg and cinnamon. I used apples, clementines, bananas, ..."

"I liked this spice mixture...some heat with a tiny bit of sweet. I sprinkled it on boneless chicken breasts and "grilled" them under the broiler. My husband and I liked the kick, but my boys thought it was a bit too spicy so use sparingly for wee ones. I'd like to try this same rub mixture on other meats."

"This was a pretty good dip. I ended up using 1/4 cup each sour cream and plain yogurt and 1/2 cup cool whip because I found it too tangy with just the sour cream. The cool whip gave it a lighter, sweeter note. I also scaled back the honey a bit. We loved it with both apples and bananas but I'd love to try it with strawberries, too!"
