    "High-end restaurant quality recipe IMO. I charcoal grilled the steaks so there was litte dripping to add to the finished product. Thus, I added a little extra wine. Also, I quickly sauteed the garlic before adding the rest to eliminate the raw garlic taste. My wife and guests absolutely fell in love with this recipe."
