"I think this is one of my favorite recipes! It is just right as is, but one can also shorten the cooking time if you have "left over" cooked chicken breasts (grilled are best. I also am a fan of the Ken's dressing; it is "good enough" and a whole lot easier than making Honey Mustard Dressing from scratch. Thanks for sharing for all of us in th..."

"The person who used "frozen peaches" and did not get good results should have opted out of reviewing it. All of the others gave it five stars, so when peaches are in season, you can bet I will try this one first,"

"This is wonderful! I had taken out a frozen yam, thawed, and didn't want to eat it, but didn't want to waste it either. I had everything the recipe called for except the cream cheese, so I did some research and substituted Greek yogurt. I also used fresh grated nutmeg. Very yummy! Thanks for posting this recipe."

"I am very impressed with this recipe. I've made jam for years, but never tried marmalade, and I love it. This was so simple and it is so delicious--even without the brandy which I did not have on hand. Thanks so much, Leggy Peggy, for posting it and giving me a new favorite."

"I was pointed to this recipe by my daughter, and boy was she right on. This is a great and an easy recipe. I made it exactly as is since I had all the ingredients on hand. I agree with TeacherLaLa that a little something sweet would be a great addition, but not absolutely needed. I get to take the leftovers to work for lunch. Yea! Thanks for..."

I think they would be a great (and much faster substitute for potatoes with eggs cooked almost any ol' way. The sherry and ginger really do give them a wonderful flavor. Again, thanks!!!"

"Polly B., This is a gem of a recipe. I really like it a lot. I had to use walnuts instead of pine nuts, and I used the small peppers someone had given me. Next time I am going to add some Vadalia onions julienned and shell out the money for the pine nuts. : Thanks!"
