"What a delicious, chunky gazpacho! I decreased the oil and added a spicy jalapeno. My kids called it pico de gallo soup and loved it. Will def. make again. Thanks for sharing!"

"Perfect! I had been having a devil of a time getting other vegan mayo recipes to get thick enough but followed directions on this and it was literally too thick to blend in those seasonings - that's why you have to transfer to a bowl and hand mix them in. PERFECT texture, amazing taste. Thanks for a home run recipe!"

"Simple and delicious. Following a suggestion below I made mine as cloverleaf dinner rolls and they were perfect. Great recipe. I did use whole wheat pastry flour and substituted 2 T ground flaxseed plus 6 T water for the eggs. Still worked beautifully."

"great flavor - I made it fully vegan so omitted the pork and egg and used vegetarian base. I would def. tone down the heat a bit for most audiences. I love the spice but it was even hot for me."

"Excellent tasting recipe, I added Daiya vegan cheese to make them more traditional cheesy and subbed frozen for the canned peas. I also put in finely diced red pepper for color and interest. End result is excellent but this is such a time-consuming undertaking it really takes hours and hours to make them. You have to really want these to put in..."

"It's a good soup but I altered it to kick it up a notch for my liking. Without substantially altering its WW Zero point status, add 2T of apple cider vinegar to give it a little tang, 1 t of thyme and a few cloves minced garlic (sauteed in with the onions first before boiling up the lot to bring it up. I used cauliflower and broccoli in mine 2:..."

"Crazy Amazing = Cramazing! Wow. So fast and easy. I didn't have raw cashews so soaked my roasted ones for a couple hours before spinning them up. I would definitely advise to use the raw cashews if you can because roast ones won't fully dissolve like raw will. I made one batch plain and added a tablespoon of chipotle adobo to the second bat..."

"Such a lovely roast. This recipe has made my Thanksgiving the last three years running. The meatheads love it just as much as I do, too. Thanks for this awesome take on tofurkey."

"Used this awesome crust with recipe 14186 vegan pumpkin pie. It just can't get any simpler. I did use whole wheat pastry flour instead of all-purpose for a little health kick. Easy and delish - what more can you ask for?"

"Another review just reviewing the filling - I had grown pumpkins this year so wanted to try a pie. Used 2.5 c fresh pumpkin in lieu of the canned. The filling was so amazingly tasty uncooked my kids would have done shots of it had I let them. I didn't have any molasses, so just used 1/2 T of dark brown sugar as a substitute. End result was a v..."
