"These are good, but almost no one liked the batch I made with the full 1/2 cup of rum. The ones that ate them were doing it for dares (and these are avid drinkers. I made another batch with a liiiiittle less rum and people seemed to like those better. Overall great recipe!"

"Weird but yummy! The texture it watery because the acids in the peppers break down the honey. I left the seeds in and think it's great. We've been eating this on crackers, but I'd like to try it on other things too some time. Just not sure what. Maybe corn bread. Yum!
