    "This was very easy and tasty. Chilling it for 20 minutes brings it almost down to room temperature. I would suggest planning a longer chilling time if you want it to be cold. Also, make sure you mix just before serving for the lime juice to really be on everything, it tends to settle to the bottom. "

    "I made it with low-fat sour cream and "A Taste of Thai Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce" (and dried corriander. It was tasty but a little lack-luster so I added more garlic powder and fresh ground pepper. Now it's 5 stars! It does have a little kick and is great with bread"
