"This was delicious! The dish is quite easy to make, yet tastes complex and delightful. We followed the recipe exactly, with the exception of extra garlic. It could also be tasty with the addition of a bay leaf or a bit of whole leaf basil. We served it with a simple rice pilaf. Yummy!"
