"Egads, I have used this recipe for the last 3 Thanksgiving's and in between too and just now see that I have not rated it..... Senile, but not so that I do not know a great turkey recipe when I have it. This is one of them. Will make the cheapest turkey look and taste like you robbed it from the white house and anyone can make it happen. So..."

"Haven't reviewed a recipe in awhile but this one deserved it for sure. I used apple cider, was out of wine, and added 2 cloves of garlic, and a tsp of dry mustard. Just because I always have to tweak.... 3 very large split chicken breasts and 3 peeled potatoes. Even they were different and good. If you are looking for something a little diff..."

"This recipe was wild! I made my own 5 spice powder (dash cinn, cloves anise, & fennel and used a pork roast that I ran out of time and it was the only thing out. Sliced it in strips and hammered it. It was sweet, then it was savory, just really different. Thanks sharing!"

"Real nice. Cut the recipe to 1 pint. Looked like a lot but really wasn't on a loaf of French Bread. Two of us inhaled it. The EVO made a different taste from the usual butter. Like the bread dipping oil. The lemon juice also contributed. A keeper and maker again. Thanks for sharing."

"Light and airy! Lets you still taste what ever is under it! And it DOES cover a whole lot even tho it doesn't look like it will. Will use a whole bunch more. Thanks Piper Lee! Instead of water try sparkling water! It really puts a different spin on it!"

"Works like a charm! I did not have any mushrooms and used white pepper instead of black. Looking for some broth for soup and without a doubt this is going to work out great. Thanks for putting the bird over the top!"

"I am no real big fan of rice but I'll take this one. The hint of lime is perfect. I finished this after step 7 in the microwave. Really couldn't believe just how nice it turned out. Thanks!"

"I didn't have the chives (seems I never do sure wish I would have but without them, this was super! They are creamy, REALLY creamy. The chicken broth you get the hint of too. These really though, give a different swing to the mash potato! Thanks for sharing. I will make again, Sally"
