    "Like another reviewer said, "Can't believe I didn't rate these last year!" The amounts were perfect for me... just enough liquid for my cukes. I posted photos of the process and my great stash. The tiny amount I had left after filling jars, I put into a small 1/2 pint... already they are crisp. I will keep this as my standard "Bread and Butter Pic..."

    "My husband loved this. It was very easy to make, and smelled wonderful cooking. We have a lamb slaughtered about once a year; I get the butcher to cut it into 4 shanks, 2 racks, 2 legs, as many chops as possible, and burger. This is the recipe I always use for the shanks...
