"I used ground turkey instead of groud beef and I was disappointed. It was OK, edible and satisfying enough to finish off the leftovers, but I won't make it again. I'm sure it tastes great with ground beef, but if I'm going to eat groud beef, I want a full-on, dripping-with-grease hamburger! :"

"First of all, I will try this receipe again! I used what I had available, so not as written (subbed soymilk for nonfat milk, diced regular mushrooms instead of brown button, and 4 oz shredded mozzarella instead of 2 oz cheddar. The recipe didn't make enough sauce to cover the layers which resulted in the lasagna noodles not getting wet enough t..."

"I won't say that it tastes just like mashed potatoes, but I didn't make it as written. I accidentally quadrupled the white pepper and I was running out of time so I didn't add paprika and bake it. My husband hates cauliflower and he said he'd be happy to have it again!"

"This is so similar to the broccoli soup my mom made when I was growing up, which is what I was looking for! I used broccoli stalks instead of florets becuase that's what my mom used to do, so I had to cook them longer and it makes the soup less creamy, but delicious all the same! Thanks for posting!"

"A version of this recipe made it to my inbox through an email from my dad. I enjoyed it so much, I thought I would post it on Recipezaar and of course it's already here! I tried it for the first time this past weekend when I had 8 to cook for. It was so easy! I gave everyone a labeled Ziploc (gallon-sized instead of quart, then set up a buffe..."

"SO easy, and SO good! It gives broiled fish just a little bit of zest without adding lots of calories like the butter- and vream-based sauces you typically find on fish. As an added tip: If you are looking to mask the flavor of fish, this recipe isn't going to do it!"

"If you love broccoli, this recipe gives it just a little bit of kick to change things up a bit. But I use this site to find recipes to try out on the anti-veggie men in my home, and this is not one of them. Definitely an "adult" dish, in my opinion. Not for the kiddies!"

"This was easy to make, but I found it to be very bland, and the two men in my household woudn't eat more than a couple of courtesy forkfuls. If I make it again, I would probably cook the rice in a flavored broth of some sort to give it some more flavor."

"This is so yummy! I made it with fresh-squeezed orange and lemon juices (that's just what I happened to have, and it was excellent. But next time I will half or quarter the reciep - I ended up freezing about half of it; we'll see if it keeps!"

"This is wonderful!!! I used the suggested seasonings instead of the ranch packet (except paprika because I didn't have any. Next time I will try Erik's suggestion and use half the butter and oil. When I cooked it as written, the breading ended up soggy on both sides. I fixed it by pouring the butter/oil mixture out of the pan, then added addi..."
