    "Made devils food cake mix with pumpkin and it needed more chocolate since the pumpkin seemed overpowering. Added chocolate chips and it was much better! Also, read that without the eggs it was less fluffy, so added 3 eggs-- this made for fluffy, chocolatey texture!

    "I didn't add the diced bell peppers, but added a few tbs of sour cream to keep it moist. They're delicious. Also, I used red-fat sausage which added great flavor! Make a large batch with leftovers, since it does take a while to put all together. I think the rice was just the right amount too."
