"Very nice, filling pancakes. I added a bit more baking powder because I like them thick and fluffy. I also threw in blueberries since I have been trying to get more fruit in our diet. I really liked this recipe."

"Because I had a 16 oz. can of crab meat, I doubled this recipe. It's a good thing I did because by the time my family of four was finished, there was not a bit left. I aside from using half and half, I followed the recipe exactly. Aside from the wonderful flavor, the best thing about this soup is that it was very fast to make. Short on time, I had..."

"Usually I make rice with my old standby, Campbells' Mushroom Soup Chicken, but today I made this corn pudding. It was a great success. My husband and children ate every bit. I like it because I always have everything on hand to make this ! Great recipe for teaching children how to cook !"

"Something a bit different for pork chops. A wonderful use for fennel. I made it exactly as the recipe called and it was easy, fast, and very good. I have enjoyed it several times and will continue to make it."

"So easy and even my two boys loved it. I used parmesan and chives instead of the oregano and mozarella. I also cut out the garlic salt as the parmesan is a bit more salty. Our fish was thin so it took less than 10 minutes. It looked great with steamed broccoli and carrots. And I felt so healthy after eating it ! "

"I made this about 5 minutes ago and there is just enough left in the bowl for me to tell what it will taste like when it is properly chilled. Oh, I hope I can wait that long. This would also be a great recipe to make with children as it is easy, quick and fun (My six year old said, " I know there is cottage cheese in it, but how did you get it pin..."

"Too easy to be this good ! I do think it needs to be chilled before serving. I wonder how it would taste in a graham cracker crust. Hmmmm. "
