Reviewed Penne with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto
     |  By Chef #1163488

"Very easy and delicious recipe. I used whole wheat penne and added toasted pine nuts and extra garlic. Used preshredded cheese and it turned out great. Couldn't be faster and simpler. Nice meatless meal."

"I give this a million stars!! It is unbelievable easy and the most amazing presentation. I found a more difficult version in Good Housekeeping Magazine. The one thing I did learn from them is that this can be prepared 2 weeks ahead and frozen. I just took out a frozen ramekin to test it out before my party later this week. I did everything as ..."

"Super easy and delicious. Even better for leftovers! I used a jellyroll size baking dish and doubled the recipe. I seasoned the beef with garlic, oregano, and I added onion powder, black pepper and basil for more flavor. I used Prego Tradional sauce and the Bistro chesse blend with mild and sharp cheddar. I also grated fresh parmasean on the ..."

Reviewed Lemon Chicken Soup with Spaghetti
     |  By Chef #1163488

"It's a very easy recipe. I would've liked a bit more broth. It was a very thick soup. I did double the recipe, but only used half the lemon recommended. It had an interesting different flavor. My family thought it was good. I also used the cut spaghetti and it made nice size noodles. I might freeze part of it to take out a cold day in the n ..."

    Reviewed Perfect Crispy Potatoes
     |  By Chef #1163488

"These potatoes are nothing special. The recipe uses to much oil and fat. I added some garlic seasoning, but they still tasted pretty bland and oily. Not bad, but not great. I actually prefer to cut up the potatoes put in a zip lock bag and toss with olive oil and Lipton Secret Savory Herb and Garilic packet and roast at a high temp. Turn out ..."

     |  By Chef #1163488

"I marinated boneless skinnless breasts in low sodium soy sauce, orange juice and orange marmalade. I barbequed them on the grill basting with the orange glaze made according to the recipe. The breast turned out moist, sweet and tasty. Even tasted good as leftovers. I have the butcher pound the breasts for me and they cook very quickly. A heal ..."

     |  By Chef #1163488

"Made this with whole wheat pasta and fresh roma tomatos and canned romas. I did not care for the taste or texture of this dish. I am surprised by the great reviews. I won't be making this again, but different strokes for different folks!"

"I have tried several ziti recipes and this was just average. It was pretty bland and tasteless. I like a recipe that uses sour cream and provolone for more creamy texture and flavor. Won't use this recipe again."

"It was a hot day and I decided to try the recipe on my gas grill. I made the sauce, but seasoned the ribs with onion powder and pepper before applying the sauce. I monitored the temperature on the grill to keep it at around 300 degrees. The ribs came out great! 4 slabs was actually about 8 servings. I made 3 slabs and it was a huge amount. I..."
