"Great weeknight dinner. Used fresh mushrooms and garlic and a can of beef broth instead of water. Tossed in a chug of red wine, and doubled the worcestershire sauce. However I think next time I will thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch."

"Everyone loved it-even DH who supposedly hates sloppy joes! Doubled the mustard and used only one rib of celery."

"Good! Added onion to the meat, used sun dried tomatoes instead of raisins, out of cumin so used taco seasoning. Instead of biscuits used refrigerated pastry crust. The kiddos did not like the olives but we did. Next time will double the meat and freeze half for another meal."

"Too easy-added onion and garlic to the ground beef, along with a generous sprinkle of italian seasoning. Next time will add more cheese just because we like cheese. Great for a weeknight"

"So easy and so good. Cut up the chicken and added fresh garlic to the onion and chicken saute. Used veggie broth, fresh basil, added mushrooms and italian seasoning. Might add a little red pepper next time to kick it up. Used whole wheat rotini. Fresh, light, and did not heat up the kitchen."

"EASY! Used a deli chicken, and a spicier salsa so left out the extra seasonings. Put a spoonful of refried beans in each. Subbed a red onion for the green. Makes sensational leftovers. Kids ate theirs without topping but we topped with green enchilada sauce and sour cream."

"Loved this. Made it with a container of mild salsa-pureed it and topped it with V-8 juice to make it to 2 cups. Used vegetable broth instead of chicken. Left out salt and paste. Did not have an ovenproof pan so transferred it to foil covered pyrex dish for the oven. Stirring halfway is critical."

"Excellent! Seasoned the flattened breasts lightly with salt free montreal chicken. Subbed white wine for the brandy 'cause that was all I had. Served over brown rice-turned out to be almost too elegant for a weeknight! We will have again and again!"

"We liked this a lot! Used 2 onions and sauteed red and green bell pepper with the onions. Instead of tomatoes used spaghetti sauce. Had over pasta."

"Loved this! Left out the olives-not a fan-and forgot the feta and it was still amazing. Will have again."
