"This is a great simple recipe, I used just a little bit of dried dill and added some mushrooms. After about 10 minutes I turned the heat down to 425 because my kitchen's exhaust fan doesn't really do much and my house was beginning to fill with smoke. I didn't increase the cooking time and everything still came out perfect. "
