"I saw this and HAD to try it. It was surprisingly tasty! It definitely was better with a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup on it. And I loved the addition of raisins. I don't think the calories listed are correct though? My egg product says it is 30 calories for a 1/4 cup. And then my low calorie bread is 45 calories. Maybe the serving coun..."

"This was GREAT meatloaf! I've tried several meatloaf recipes here, but this is my new fave. Love the addition of garlic. I did add some onions and ketchup to the meat mixture before baking....personal preference. And I put a LOT of ketchup on top. My husband immediately said "mmmmm" and he is very picky about meatloaf. Will be my go to for m..."

"Yummmmyyyyy!!!! I used a 1 lb. tube of ground turkey and kind of eyeballed the ingredients and it turned out great! I didn't have fresh garlic so I used some powder and also added a touch of ginger. Also didn't use as much bread crumb mix as called for. Still, very moist and flavorful!"

"This had a great flavor. I added balsamic to my ketchup like a previous reviewer had done. I am just not sure about the texture of the rice in the meatloaf. I think I would prefer to not have it in, so that is why just 4 stars for me. Personal preference I guess. This was very moist so it did live up to the name."

"Yum! Instead of pecans, I used cashews. I also added apples to bulk it up a bit. It was awesome! I had it on wheat bread one day and had it on rye bread today. A nutty multi-grain would also be great with this!"

"Mmmmm! These were really good! And they were super easy to make, which makes it a plus for busy Mom's trying to find something quick to make for dinner for the family. I made mine with green chiles and it was excellent. I actually think that you could cut down the cream cheese to 2 oz. and it would still taste super but would not have as much ..."
