"This recipe is so simple and very delicious! I substituted 3 teaspoon of baking powder because I did not have baking soda. I substituted 4 egg whites for the 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of applesauce for the 1/2 cup of oil and I took Boomette's advice and sub 1/3 cup of splenda for the 2/3 cup sugar. I made muffins instead and they were so moist and the smell..."
