    "This was a great pie! I made it my own.
    I exchanged the pumpkin for sweet potato and used homemade whipped cream for the whipped topping. Just for a little something extra, I toasted some chopped walnuts on the stove in butter, added salt and sugar to taste. Once they cooled I topped the pie with the nuts.     "My kids are scared of most anything with a sauce, but loved this one. This was quick and easy to make. I cooked the chicken in my roasting pan at 350 on convection roast, uncovered for 30 minutes and covered for 30 minutes. The meat fell off the bone. My new favorite chicken dish!"
