"I used 5 tablespoons corn starch instead of 3 tablespoons. Glad I did, because it would have been too runny. The pie filling has a good flavor. I did not make the crust as listed in the recipe. I used my "old" stand by crust recipe instead. The pie is good, but I probably won't make it a lot. "

"This pie is very, very, good. The filling was perfect. It was not too runny and it was not too thick. It has a a wonderful blueberry flavor. The maple syrup does not over power the flavor of the blueberries. This pie is so easy to make. This recipe is a keeper!! The whole family loves this pie :"

"This pie is so very good and very easy to make. The only changes I made were, I did not put in the alcohol and I used 1 1/2 tablespoons of corn starch. Plus, I made a homemade pie crust. This is a keeper!!"

"YUM!!! Excellent angel food cake. I made angel food cakes before, but this one has to be the best recipe that I have made. The semi-sweet grated chocolate really added something special to this cake. The cake turned out perfect. This recipe is a keeper."

"I will never again buy apple sauce. This recipe was so easy to make and it is wonderful. I tried it with different types of apples and each time it was great. The hubs said it was the best apple sauce he has ever eaten and I have to agree with him. This recipe is a keeper."

"I love this apple pie recipe. I use a regular deep dish pie pan instead of the tart pan. Also, I do not use the pie bird and the pie still turns out perfect. The flavor of this apple pie is somewhat different than that of a regular apple pie, but it is very, very good. My husband really likes this pie. I especially enjoy the crust, it has a ..."

"I have been making this pie for many, many years. I do not bake the crust before I put in the filling. I bake the pie at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. The crust does not burn and the center of the pie sets up nicely."

"Excellent pie if you really like maple syrup. It is a really sweet pie, so make sure you cut it into small pieces. I used the dark amber maple syrup for the extra flavor. After I turned the oven temp back to 350 degrees, I baked the pie for 25 minutes. This allowed the pies set up better in the center. I entered this recipe in the Pennsylvania Map..."

"These cookies are wonderful. I did add the coconut and it just added something extra to the flavor. It is a wonderful cookie. I took them out of the oven after 10 minutes. I entered them in the Pennsylvania Maple Festival in Meyersdale and took 1st place with this recipe."
