"delicious! I followed some of the others comments and I added 1/3 cup flour, so these little gems kept their shape. When they were formed i put them in the fridge for 10 minutes, and did have to bake them for 12-14 minutes to ensure that they weren't too soft. "AMAZING! i halved the recipe to make 12 big cupcakes...halved the oil and used coconut replacing it with a 1/2 cup chopped banana & an additional 1tsp pumpkin pie spice. "i added less salt, which i regret! more garlic, no flour or oil. I also put in a large handful of fresh cilantro and mint. Amazing. They didnt break up, because i ground the peas extra fine in the processor to act as 'glue'. Added a fresh green chilli instead too as we like it hot....lovely"
