"Great recipe! I used canned lentils because I didn't have any dry. The burgers were very dense, but it wasn't a bad thing. They were very "stick-to-your-ribs" delicious! Next time I will try this with the dry lentils and probably add a few herbs and spices to the cooking liquid. Everyone enjoyed these! Thanks!"

"This is a wonderful recipe! Based on the other reviews, I made half of this recipe and got 2 1/2 large glasses out of it. Just enough for my husband, son, and I. "Nice fluffy dough, lightly browned, subtle sweetness. I added 3/4 tsp. salt to the dough, but followed the rest of the recipe exactly. I sprinkled mine with sesame seeds. Even my husband, the king of picky, liked them, so I know they had to be really good! Great recipe. Thanks!"

"These were delicious! I did omit the oil for cooking and they still came out great. The quinoa gives it a nice crunch and the cumin gives it a smoky "Indian" kind of feel. I am definitely going to serve these with some coconut curry vegetables. Thanks for posting!"
