    "Turned out beautifully! In my case, I didn't have to worry about overcooking, but undercooking. The chops I used were HUGE. Plus I only made two chops so it's not like they got to sit in the oven waiting on other batches to be made... But these turned out so fabulously, my boyfriend complimented the meal.     For greens I had cucumber, red onion, mint leaves. Simple! Instead of the red chilies I added some Thai peppers I had on hand... My mouth was on fire!     "made this for lunch. was very easy. tasted ok.. maybe that has more to do with my taste in food than the recipe. =P this recipe makes quite a lot, so unless you're cooking for 4 ppl or more, i'd halve the recipe. i've never had portuguese food before. thanks for sharing this recipe! very different taste. =D"
