I was running out of the door to work with 5 minutes to spare, so I threw the boneless skinless chicken pieces, onion, mushroom, garlic, white wine, tomato paste, chicken stock, thyme, etc. into the slow cooker for 8 hrs. on low.     "I had a friend over for dinner last night - these were incredible! What a great spring or summer recipe. The only change that I made, is that I grilled the chicken on the outdoors grill. This recipe is great for when you get bored of plain chicken (again! and bored of grilling burgers.
