"HUSBAND LOVED! I didn't use stew meat, but a simple cut with good intramuscular fat, and it cooked beautifully. (I cut off the top fat slap and lay it on top so it can cook through for drippings, then be removed. I used half the green peppers and omitted the green apples cause I didn't have any, and was just plain good (though I'll..."

"I'll NEVER go back to store bought! I used anchovy paste - maybe a teaspoon or two, and now I always have it on hand. This is awesome, and even good for dipping veggies in. My new favorite dressing!"

"Lovely. Husband doesn't like the celery, so substituted with sliced grapes. Added 1tsp Worcestershire sauce and 1/8 tsp nutmeg. A great recipe for leniency (although it's awesome exactly as it too, I just like a smidgen sweeter for my taste."

"Cheap, quick, versatile and tasty! I didn't have peppers so I added 2 diced potatoes, and for the meat I had 1lb (or less that I had browned up a couple days ago - half beef and half sausage. It all still turned out awesome! I'd cut back on the salt a smidgen, but other than that this is a definite keeper! Thanks"

"Perhaps I did something wrong, but this is not a repeat for me. The flavor was pretty good, but the popcorn itself turned out soggy. I won't be making this again."

"To avoid fat I use half as much oil and it still turns out great. I don't like raw onions so I omit them and the peppers (Just because I never have them on hand and add some canned artichokes, sliced 2 roma tomatoes and an avocado. I also use an entire cucumber. A great base salad recipe, quick and healthy."
