"Wonderful recipe!!! In Texas the Guava juice is yellow (not pink like Hawaii brands) so I added 3-4 drops red food coloring to gel mixture. Used the strawberry cake mix. To lower fat and calories, I eliminated the cream cheese/cool whip frosting. Baked the cake in a 9x13 pan and spread on the cooled Guava gel..."onolicious". Best served cold...."

"This is a keeper!! It is an easy recipe to "tweek". I added a small can of drained, sliced black olives to the sausage/tomato/cheese/bean mixture. After baking, top each serving with sour cream and sliced green onion. A simple addition which helps the presentation."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this dish!! We still talked about it the next day! I doubled up on the onions, peppers, garlic and stewed tomatoes so we would have more sauce. I cut down the fat by using Smart Balance to saute the chicken and veges. "

"Thanks for a wonderful and easy recipe! I altered the ingredients and used Splenda instead of sugar, and used a reduced fat peanut butter. Also sprayed Pam on the pan in place of butter. We have to watch our sugar intake, but can enjoy this delightful treat! "
