"I know it's annoying when reviews say "this is a great dish...but I added this and changed that", BUT this was a great, quick and easy dish. I had some leftover sloppy joe from the previous night and used that in place of the spaghetti sauce and it turned out great! The kids picked the eggplant out and ate the rest, but I thought it was wonderfu..."

Great for Thanksgiving and Christmas breakfasts, too! One of my favorites!
Thanks for posting, My Husband Loves This!"

After pulling it out, I topped it with crumbled hard boiled egg. I..."

"This was my first try cooking hamburgers on the stove-top and they turned out terrific! Even my five year old ate the whole thing. I'll have to save this recipe for whenever we want hamburgers but don't want to mess with the grill. Thank you Uncle Bill!"
