"This is amazing. My FIL goes wild for these any time I make them. We are lucky to get one . He is Scottish and vouches for their authenticity. I cook these on a dry cast iron griddle. Best if not done too brown."

"These were excellent! Everyone loved them. The only thing I did differently was to place the chocolate (I used Doves miniture milk chocolates on the bars while they were still warm. Then when the chocolates melted all you have to do is spread them over the bars. I can't wait to try more recipes. Thanx so much for posting this!!!!!"

"This was the best pb fudge recipe I have ever tried. All of my kids loved it, even my son who doesn't really like peanut butter. It was easy to make and i would definitely make it again. "
