"Delicious, quick and easy. I've made it numerous times and got a few others addicted to it too. I prefer it without the flour. I've substituted lime for a different taste."

"I had no chorizo so used cumberland sausage, omitted the cheese and vegetables. I had raw chicken and cooked it with the sausage. Next time I'll add garlic or other herb because it was lacking a little taste."

"Darn, I thought I'd be able to post this recipe. : It's delicious and so easy to make. I used gluten free flour and had oil-packed artichokes so used the oil from that instead of olive oil. I also used 400 gm stirfry chicken instead of breast. This made more servings possible. I served it with corn spiral pasta. Everyone loved it."

"Delicious. I will add more garlic and oregano next time and perhaps substitute the oregano with dill. Lots of possibilities."

"I made it with sweet potato but had to cook it 15 minutes longer. Very tasty."

"The most difficult and longest part of preparation was grating the ginger. I suggest buying a jar of minced ginger or mincing it yourself. Sweet Thai chili sauce is fantastic. Sourdough bread is delicious with the chicken. I made the sauce and mayo the day before so the tastes mixed and used only avocado for garnish. Scrumptious!"
