"I made this soup for my HB and children with a Sesame Sead Cucumber Salad, sticky rice, and egg rolls. It was a huge it. I didn't have any scallops on hand but I had some extra Halibut which tasted fabulous in this soup. Right before serving I sprinkled on the green onions, shredded cabbage, mushrooms, and the carrots to ensure that they stayed ..."

"I live in Alaska so we have wonderful fresh Halibut. I made this batter and added some extra seasonings. It was such a hit that there was nothing left and the fillet was a good 5 pounds. "My HB loved this bread. I sent a loaf with him to the village and it never even made it. I added a tablespoon of allspice which gave it just a slight flavor. I doubled the batch as well and in half of it I just made plain bread. It came out great, even without the raisins. A fabulous white bread. Thank you for the recipe."

"I made a double batch for card night and it was a success. I had to leave out the best part, coconut, because my hubby does not like it and I added allspice and nutmeg. It came out soft and fluffy and accompanied with soft butter we were able to munch on it through out the night. Thank you so much. This is my new banana bread recipe. YUM!!!"
