"Very good, made excellent gravy. A little overpowering with the spices, I might scale them down a bit next time. Otherwise great recipe."

"Excellent. I also used a lot more soy sauce and two eggs. Didn't have any peas or gr onions on hand, but it still turned out great. I used mushrooms instead of meat so it was vegetarian friendly. Thanks for the recipe!"

"Great taste. I used half the soy sauce and used red wine instead of sherry. Turned out great. Love the slowcooker, so simple. We served it over rice. Yummy."

"Yummy, I added some diced ham to mine. I didn't have any buttermilk on hand so I used milk with a bit of vinegar. Turned out great. I didn't do the glaze or poppy seeds. They freeze great. I pull one out of the freezer on my way to work and enjoy it there as a quick fix for breakfast. Great recipe. Thanks."

"This is really delicious. I never really enjoyed souvlaki in restaurants before. My DH loves it so I thought I would make this for him. To my surprise it was soooo good. I have made it three times so far, even my 4yr old loves it. We serve it with rice and tzatziki sauce and a side greek salad. YUMMY!"
