"As I was tied up all day in meetings, I told my son he was responsible for dinner. I got home about 10 pm & found a "rest" waiting for me - now I must admit, that I didn't have to make supper was already a treat.....but it really tasted great. I asked my son where did you get this recipe - his reply, "I have my sources" - of course I couldn't leav..."

"I didn't have time for the crockpot, used twice as much chopmeat, added garlic. Everyone agreed on this - a definite 5 star job. No leftovers!"

"I have to say this wasn't my favorite, mind you it was very good BUT it was polished off immediately & the rest of the family gave it rave reviews. I think I would have liked it better if I had added some ginger - next time :-"

"I definitely fall into the category of chicken wing nut & loved these. I'd like to point out the following - prep time was somewhere between 5 - 10 min. not more. So, very easy to prepare & tastes great! Thanks!"

"I love any excuse to go to the Indian store & inhale all the aromatic spices & this proved the perfect excuse as I was out of one of the spices. This tasted just as good as I thought it would. However, next time I'll make it with chicken breast fillets."

"This is fantastic! I'm not sure if I should consider myself a kid or be insulted as I found it to be a wonderful grown up comfort food.I've only "tasted" it twice so far as it's supposed to be for supper. OK, I used roasted onions- the kind you buy & threw a few extra on the top (the rest I'm noshing on right now & for the cheese I used a mixture..."

"This is a very simple & quick recipe & I vaguely remember making something similar in the past.I needed to double the coating mixture & I also added ginger to the spices.I served it with Uncle Bill's favorite Potatoe salad (very filling& for once had a little left over.I thought great, I won't have to prepare anything for lunch. Boy was I mistake..."

"I must have done something wrong here...probably that I didn't use fresh breadcrumbs so I would highly recommend not using dried ones as it ends up over powering what should be really great flavours. I had tripled the recipe & made half. The next day I took the rest of the hamburgers broke them up, added more garlic, a bay leaf, a can of tomatoes ..."

"This is definitely not your typical potatoe salad. I think you could actually serve this as a meal in & of itself (it's very fillingon top of a bed of lettuce, accompanied with some bread or rolls. The flavors are a wonderful blend of mild, sharp & crunch. The next time I make this I'll planning to let it shine all by itself!"

"I must admit I've always considered myself to be a Latke specialist. I looked at this recipe & saw NO egg(s.....I was immediately skeptic & decided to make the recipe exactly the way written & not double or triple the recipe as I usually would. Well after I finished off what became the 1st batch I immediatly doubled the recipe & started again. Th..."
