"I always cook my cauli-rice this way. I keep it in the fridge for recipes throughout the week or freeze in smaller portions for later use. It's unbelievably good!"

"This is the BEST spinach artichoke dip ever! Took it to a party last night and it disappeared immediately. I made it as written except for dried herbs and garlic instead of fresh and canned artichokes. This blows all other spinach artichoke dips away!!! Make it, you won't be disappointed!!"

"This was very yummy! I glazed it with a butter/Splenda/cinnamon glaze from Linda's Low Carb site. Really jazzed it up. It was like a very fluffy pancake. I was still hungry though, so a side of bacon or sausage would round out this meal. Could also top w/sugar free pancake syrup. Very satisfying for a low carb lifestyle."

They were the perfect size. I put it all in a glass pie plate. They came out crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. Very, very good. T..."

"Super yummy! I split the recipe between 2 Hefty EZ Foil loaf pans (8x3.375x2 and lined w/parchment paper. The whole thing came out easily and then I cut into bars. They are very close to tasting like a Snickers, but I think they taste much better and more decadent. There is some effort involved, but as everyone else stated, it's worth it!"

"INCREDIBLE! My 4-year-old and I have a girl's night out once a month and always have Pasta House Pasta Con Broccoli. This was spot-on if not better. I x4 the recipe and used a quart of cream and 1 stick of butter. Maybe should rename to "Heart-Attack Pasta". I don't like to "lighten up recipes. I'd rather eat it the way it was meant to be an..."
