"Loved this. Did not have whole peppers, so used 1 Tbsp. dried flakes. Too much for the kids, but just right for me and the husband. We loved it and will have again. Also, I used 2 oranges, and it was very tasty. A nice hot dish for a cold night."

"We really liked the marinade. The steak was delicious. It made a LOT though. I was able to marinade 2 lbs of meat comfortably, with some left over. I might make a half recipe next time. The whole family and guests with a picky eater all liked this marinade. I did use low-sodium soy, and the flavor was fine-no extra salt needed."

"Yummy! Used some chicken broth and some water. Lovely flavor with the chicken tikka."

"My family loved it! More than enough for a family of 4, and we eat...I used 3/4 of the spices called for in the marinade. The kids-9 and 11-liked it too. Said spicy but good. I only had half the cream, so I substituted sour cream for the rest. Still, just tasty and tender."

"We loved this! Spicy, but good. Used the marinade on boneless chicken. Cooked it up with 1 sliced onion and 2 sliced sweet red peppers for the last 10 minutes, and boy, was it good. Kid friendly enough for my 9 and 11 year old kids as well. Spice, but not too hot, just yummy!"
