"These are just like the ones mom made when I was a kid! Yummy! I added a bit more pecans to the mixture. Only fill up tarts about halfway because otherwise it spills over and they don't look as pretty. Refrigerate dough first and scoop it out with a cookie scoop. Much easier to work with. Only baked about 20 minutes."

"Great cookies! I made mine using cinnamon sugar mix sprinkled on the top dough that's folded to the inside. I freeze the dough then just pull out a couple at a time to bake in my toaster oven. This will increase cooking time and cookies should be flipped halfway through baking. Great with coffee!"

"This was awesome! I only used about 6 tomatillos with this recipe. I also saved about half an avacado chopped into chunks at the end to make it a bit chunkier. I didn't have any serrano peppers so I used jalapeno pepper instead. Still tasted amazing!"

"This was a great recipe! I cut down to one garlic clove, three seemed a bit much, but I did also add some garlic salt to it. Yum, so much better than store bought."

"These pork chops were moist and delicious. I used very thin cut, bone in pork chops, and they cook a lot quicker. Great meal with mashed potatoes and veggies. Just like Mom used to make!"

"This was great and versatile. I used chicken leg quarters and left the skin on. Added some garlic powder to the salt, pepper and paprika mix. Placed a garlic clove under the skin on the chicken for extra flavor. This recipe was very easy and the chicken was moist!"
