"Wow! This really was surprisingly good! I haven't tried lasagna since going vegan, but the tofu mix is actually a very good sub for ricotta, and the veggies make it nice & chunky (we used mushrooms, zucchini, and onion. I was going to try it with Daiya on top but ran out of money ... next time."

"This is a great vegan replacement for Alfredo sauce. It came out a little greener than I expected (must have been the pesto I was using, but the TASTE is awesome - following the recipe exactly makes for perfect seasoning. I added one package of diced Lightlife Smart Deli ham slices to the sauce when I heated it - worked well. Thanks!!!"

"My girlfriend and I made a vegan version of this recipe and it was awesome - we substituted earth balance for butter and Yves meatless lemon herb chicken skewers for the chicken, and the end result was light and delicious. The dill goes great with it. Thanks!"
