"Yummy! I made them with Whole Wheat Flour and I thought they came out pretty tasty. However I have nothing to compare it to haha, first time making and eating this! I just needed to use up leftover ricotta cheese. Very easy to do. I used 3 cloves of garlic in the sauce and it was delish. Tip - let them sit a little bit in the air before serving"

"Very good! I used vegetable broth and like the other reviewer used just 1 cup. The sauce was still a bit thin for my taste but it went over very well in my house. Delish!"

I would recommend making 3 or 4 loaves out of this recipe... it's quite a lot of batter. I left out the sugar entirely and did not replace it with anything. If you are used to sweetness in this sort of thing (which I definitely ..."

"Very good. I used PAM instead of olive oil on the cauliflower (tastes delicious fat free feta cheese, 100% whole wheat penne, diced tomatoes in water, barely a TBSP of olive oil in the dish, and 1/4 cup of Panko instead of regular breadcrumbs. It was great! Next time I will add some minced garlic though. Here are the nutrition facts for the above..."
