    "I made this for Father's Day and everyone loved it! Sponge cakes are always easy to make and I'm a beginner in baking.     "I'm a newbie in baking and the taste was great. The cake smells so great with flavors of apples and cinnamon exploding in your mouth. BUT the cake does not hold up very much. I thought i was making apple crumbs instead of an apple cake. Also, the cake is very uneven and mine has lots of holes on the surface making it pretty ugly. I'm sure it's me ..."
