"Great muffins. I added 1t cinnamon to the mix and sprinkled a sugar cinnamon mix over each muffin before baking. I shoved 2 quarter plums down the middle of each muffin. Yum yum!"

"WOW! I have made this tiramisu several times now and it is always a huge hit. I can't see how it is getting bad reviews...?? When I make it the texture is nice and firm and the dessert holds its shape on the plate well (as long as it has been left in the fridge overnight. When I dip the sponge fingers I do it VERY fast and give them a good shake ..."

"WOW!!! What a scrummy dessert, and easy to make! Similar to a light refrigerated cheesecake but more like a sunny, orangy, summers day cloud! I didn't use pastry however, I just did the crushed biscuit and melted butter base.
