Reviewed Spring Panna Cotta with Fresh Strawberries and Balsamic Syrup

"I loved the vanilla flavor and the slightest hint of lemon in the panna cotta. The balsamic vinegar syrup was interesting and a bite of all three things together - delicious!!! I had to substitute sour cream for the creme fraiche since i couldn't find it anywhere and didn't have 9 hours to wait while i made homemade. in my opinion, the sour cr ..."

"I made this as a side dish to Tyler's Chicken with Apple Cider Sauce and thought both were delicious. The rice wasn't bland at all for me. Changes I made were I used long grain white rice, dried onion flakes, regular chicken broth (cut the kosher salt by half, and dried rosemary. I would definitely make again."

Reviewed Chicken with Apple Cider Sauce

"I made this along with Tyler's Rice Pilaf for dinner and both were delicious. I didn't have a problem with my sauce not thickening like other reviewers. I left the sauce on high for it's entire cooking time, maybe this is the difference??? The flavor was good, slightly sweet. I would definitely make again. "

    Reviewed Apple Muffins

"These are so good, very moist and not dry at all even though they were healthier, lower fat muffins. I followed the recipe exactly. I will make these again for sure!"

    Reviewed Stuffed Turkey Burgers

"These barely take any time at all from start to finish, which makes them good for a weeknight meal. The only thing I added was a little ketchup on top. The burgers were really good and I'd make them again. No problems with dryness or under-seasoning at all."

"This was pretty good. Very easy to make. There was a lot of cheese sauce and it was very creamy. i didn't really notice a floury taste as stated in some other reviews. The only thing I changed/added was cayenne and crushed red pepper flakes."

    Reviewed Linguine with Shrimp Scampi

"I think the red pepper flakes really added something to this. I read some other reviews saying the lemon flavor was way too much but it was not overpowering to me at all. I used frozen pre-cooked shrimp and less regular table salt instead of the full amt of kosher salt. This was so easy to make and tasted great. I will definitely make this aga ..."

Reviewed Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

"This dip was awesome. I made it as an appetizer for a special dinner with my boyfriend. I served it with crackers and small slices of baguette and we were both full before the main course because we couldn't stop eating this dip! I would definitely make this again. I love Alton - he has never let me down!"

    Reviewed Maggie's Decadent Brownies

"These brownies are just awesome. Tons of chocolate and very moist. The recipe states medium difficulty but I found them to be very easy to make. My friends loved them and gave them a lot of praise although they all agreed their diets were ruined for the next few days!"
