    "This recipe calls for a PINCH of Baking Soda...NOT a tsp!
    I've never tried a Chiarello recipe that failed.
    His recipe for Gnocchi is wonderful."

    over medium heat...shake the sugar around as it melts...It should be a
    deep golden color, but DO NOT burn. Allow to cool, then pour in the egg mixture."

    "This recipe was superb. Gnocchi was pillow soft and tender.
    Baking the potatoes is a great idea....so much better than boiling.

    "This recipe is not authentic. Pork Picnic Shoulder Roast is used for this traditional recipe.It has a thick rind and a large bone. Your butcher can get it for you easily. Only ingredients needed are pork, wine, vinegar, salt, red cayenne peppers, garlic, little marjoram and bread."
