"They are addicting and I couldn't eat just one, but they weren't over-the-top delicious. However, they are so stinkin' easy to make with ingredients always on hand that this recipe is a definite keeper."

"This is an old family favorite - we've been making them for generations! Another reviewer mentioned that there may not have been enough oats. Our recipe calls for 1 1/2 cups oats, but no chocolate chips.I'm getting ready to make one EXTREMELY large Father's Day sheet cookie out of these - and I think I'll add the chocolate chips too!"

"The carrot cake was good. My BF doesn't like carrot cake, but enjoyed this. I love carrot cake, but for me, this was as good but not better than my version of a store bought mix because I always add coconut and pineapple to those. I increased the baking powder, left out the nuts, increased the carrots by about 1/2cup and very slightly decreased..."

"In my opinion, these were good, but not better than my own no-bake cookies. My BF, however, who hates no-bake cookies loved these and couldn't stop eating them. I think I was just expecting a more Nutella-taste. But I did use dutch process cocoa, so that may have overtaken the Nutella. Still very good and set up perfectly, unlike a lot of no-b..."

"I've never been a big brownie fan, but BF wanted some so I chose this recipe. I halved the recipe and it's a good thing I did. I wound up eating more of them than he did! They are so simple to make. I can't imagine why any one would buy a box mix. We'll be having these again soon."

"Boring pork roast? Never again! We loved this recipe. I had navy beans on hand, so we used them instead of pinto beans. Instead of using corn chips, we used fresh flour tortillas and made burritos. Yum!"

"I believe there are two types of pancakes - the kind you can pick up and eat and the kind that need syrup to sweeten. Not to suggest that one is better than the other, just mentioning for others who will try this recipe. This one, as the recipe suggests, needs the syrup. I assume the amount of milk required depends on the type of granola and whe..."

"This was delightful. I was working with fairly bare cupboards, but needed to throw something together for dinner. I didn't have walnuts so I used pumpkin seeds instead. They added great texture to the dish. I also added garlic salt on top of the garlic. It was still just a tiny bit on the bland side for our taste. But all in all it was an en..."

"I've always loved homemade croutons. With a recipe this quick and easy, I can't imagine why anyone would buy those stale ol' things from the grocery store! I used twice the garlic but didn't use quite as much olive oil, closer to 2 T. We didn't really miss it, except when eatting individual pieces as a snack."

"This was good. It seemed to be missing something, though. Could be the pesto we used? It was homemade and we love it for everything else, but this just seemed a little bland. It was super fast and easy. Maybe I'll play around with it a bit. Still, a recipe worth keeping in the front of the file!"
