"This is a wonderful way to prepare fish. The recipe was reduced to 2 servings. Mahi Mahi was used and the fillets may have been a little thicker as it took more than 5 to 6 minutes to cook through. A large russet potato was scrubbed and sliced then coated with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and pepper. The potatoes were not precooked prior ..."

"Actually I reduced the recipe by half and still had enough to make 2 very nice sandwiches for lunch. Since I had fresh dill on hand I used that in place of the dried. A nice combination of flavors. Served on toasted bread with lettuce. Made for Aussie Swap."

"Even with my substitutions this is an awesome dish. When I got to cook dinner I discovered that I was short on carrots and could not find cinnamon sticks nor cumin seeds in the pantry. I added in a parsnip with the carrots which added a touch of sweetness. I had a spice blend that listed the spices called for in the recipe. The onions were co..."

"This is a delicious and oh so easy soup. I really enjoyed the flavors of the rosemary mingled with the parmesan cheese. My immersion blender was used to break up the beans. The soup was not smooth but had a nice texture. This was served with blue corn muffins for a very satisfying meal. Made for Aussie Swap."

"A very nice way to dress up sandwiches. I would suggest making it ahead of time and allowing it to sit in the fridge for the flavors to blend. We had it on sandwiches fresh made and then leftovers the next day. The flavors were much more pronounced the 2nd day. Made for Aussie Swap."

"This is so amazing. I used country bacon ends which were cooked until crisp. Followed the recipe and had deliciously tender chops. The chops and gravy were served on top of steamed brown rice with fresh summer squash on the side. A recipe that I am sure I will repeat again."

"The recipe was reduced to 3 servings and made a very nice lunch for DH and I. I subbed a grated white cheese for the Fontina. The frittata was cooked until almost set and then flipped onto a plate and slide back into the pan to cook the top in lieu of placing under the broiler. This was served with left over Recipe #59917 and fresh baked bread."

"Can't believe I haven't tried these until now. I loved everything about them. My potatoes were a little on the large side. They were cut into about 1 inch pieces, dressed with the oil and rosemary. They went into the oven first and after about 20 minutes the Recipe #164937 were put into the oven. The potatoes were done a little befo..."

"I was looking for a good meatloaf using turkey and stumbled upon this recipe. It taught me to ready the recipe first. Until I got into making it I didn't realize how much this actually made. I did a fast reduction and made a 1 pound meatloaf. This would make a great make-ahead-meal. The meatloaf had a nice texture and even hot sliced wel..."

"I had 2 cups of Recipe #293953 in the refrigerator that needed to be used. I was thrilled to find this recipe. The amount of sugar was reduced somewhat as the potatoes already had sugar in them and it did require additional milk for the proper consistency. Gluten free ingredients were used and 1/2 tsp of Xantham Gum added to the dry ingredients..."
