    "The peppers came out very good, I liked the addition of spinach, it gave the pepper a nice look and a nice taste. I will be sure to make these again.
    The only thing I did different is that I cut the peppers in half before I cooked them.Thank you for the recipe, it made a cold day in Buffalo a little warmer."

    "10/08/2010 I printed this recipe, went into my yard and picked my last cauliflower, and I made this soup. My wife loved it and so did I. It was sooo good. I can't wait untill next year to grow cauliflower again. fresh grown cauliflower and fresh homemade soup on a cool fall day, now that is living."
