"This recipe was really good and we will make it again. I forgot to buy the green chillis so we used one chipotle in adobo. I think two would have been better for our tastes. We used a can a black beans. This was a nice variation of enchiladas that we both enjoyed."

I halved the recipe, but used 3 ripe bananas. The second time I made it, I left out the water because my bananas had been thrown in the freezer in th..."

"These are delicious!! I didn't have applesauce, so I just chopped up one apple and microwaved it with cinnamon for about 5 minutes until soft. I also used less sugar- about 1/2 cup. I had three overripe bananas, so I used them all. These turned out perfect. I can't wait to have them with coffee in the morning. Thanks for posting!"

"This chicken was just alright to us. I do admit that I always end up making adjustments to the recipe. I couldn't find soda crackers so I used water crackers (garlic and herb flavored and used fresh spinach. My white sauce was very thick and not really a sauce, more like a glob on top of the chicken. Then once cooked, there wasn't a sauce th..."
