"Really enjoyed this recipe. I wimped out and only added 1/4 jalapeno. Next time I will definitely add the full jalapeno as it adds a nice tangy kick. I added about 1/4 cup of fat free feta cheese, 1/2 chopped seeded cucumber, and 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil in exchange for the 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
